I
have been fortunate in being able to sell trailer jets in the
past.
The unit sold to Alma, Kansas is absolutely without question
the most fantastic thing I have ever seen. I have been excited
about this from the time you first discussed it in Wichita.
Then when I showed my demo unit with the hand crank reel I thought
I fully appreciated what we had until I actually operated the
total package on delivery to Alma.
The competition is trying to sell their rotating reel for around
$33,000. This fixed unit with easement rollers and a Jet Cam
is comparable in price and more value for the money. And this
thing works!
I took a selection of 35 photos of this unit showing our features
and intend to use them as promotions. I also have written a
set of bid specs covering the total package.
Please, if anyone in the system has not seen this package and
wants information, have them call me. This is dynamite.

On
March 3rd, I was given a request to order five different nozzles.
I spoke with Ms. Paula Listanti to place the order. The information
given to me was two Spearpoint stainless steel penetrating nozzles;
one at 80 GPM @ 2500 PSI and one at 35 GPM @ 2500 PSI.
When I gave Paula this information she advised me to double
check to make sure the 80 GPM was correct. Paula explained to
me that this request was concerning her because it was something
not likely to work.
After several days of mulling this over, our supervisors then
came back to me and told me, "We know what we need; we
need 80 GPM". I then called Paula back and discussed the
situation with her, she hesitantly took the order and told me
they were wrong about the information and that instead of 80
GPM they needed 30 GPM.
I am sending this letter to personally thank Paula for her professionalism
and being so cautious. Because of her great customer service
she saved us $316.40. This type of effort is something I rely
on to make my job easier.
Sincerely,
