RAPPO MANHOLE CUSHIONS

These are flat, thin strips of spongy rubber metal cut in different manhole cover diameters. One side has contact cement to stick to a well-cleaned manhole ring. The other side is dry so that the manhole cover will not stick to it. The purpose of this item is to cushion the manhole cover sufficiently so that when a vehicle passes over, the rattle will be muffled.
