This SRECO-FLEXIBLE tool consists of two pieces of 3/4" galvanized pipe, each threaded on one end only. The blank end of one pipe has a flat strap steel piece welded to it which is formed like a shepard's crook. The shredded end has a 3/4" coupling screwed on tightly . The other piece of pipe is an extension used in deeper manholes. More pipe extensions could be used, if desired. It is used to pick up the rod and tool in the next manhole and bring them to the surface to cleaning tool.
