The HV1800 can be equipped with a variety of sewer cleaning tools and nozzles for optimum cleaning versatility. With over 20 years of successful use, the HV1800 has become a favorite pipe cleaning equipment solution for contractors, municipalities and government agencies around the world.

Designed for single person operation with all controls, gauges and tank fill valve readily accessible.

4 Cylinder diesel engine with over-center clutch and high pressure triplex pump.

The Trailer

The HV1800 is built upon a tandem axle trailer with a minimum GVW rating of 12,000 lbs. Running and clearance lights feature quick disconnect electrical connectors. All 12-ply tires are equipped with brakes and towing is made easy with a pintle ring or 2-5/16” ball hitch.

Tank:

  • Minimum capacity of 600 gallons
  • Fill pipe with anti-siphon device
  • Watertight inspection/access port
  • Vent pipe
  • Water level sight gauge
  • Drain valve
  • Recirculating system for cold weather operation
 

Engine:

  • 4 Cylinder diesel engine
  • 12 Volt ignition system
  • Positive locking vernier throttle

  • Engine and hose reel can be operated without clutch

Pump:

  • Positive displacement triplex with a minimum of

Reel:

  • 600’ of high pressure sewer hose
  • Power driven in both directions with or without water pump

Control Panel:

  • All levers, switches and gauges are within easy reach of the operator
    and are arranged for unrestricted visibility
